Here We Go Again

And another post about Formula 1 in 3... 2... 1...
Here we go again. It didn't take long for the next controversy. I didn't expect it to start in less than a week; I expected it next season.
The big shots in the FIA, FOTA, and Formula 1 can't seem to keep their egos in check. It seems it all starts with some comments made by people who are not Max Mosley which were interpreted by Max Mosley as being shots taken at him. Well, now he's rethinking his retirement and insinuating that the break-away series plans are back on.
If you could see me now, my eyes would be rolling. This is getting tiring. I want to like Formula 1. I really do. I liked it so many years ago. I try to keep up with what's going on. But, all the politicking is turning me off.
I'm reminded of the most recent NHL lockout and season cancellation. It turned me off from hockey so much that I still find it difficult to sit through a complete hockey game. The only game I watched from beginning to end since the lockout was the most recent Winter Classic in Chicago. I didn't even watch a single Stanley Cup final game. I could see the same thing happening with Formula 1; bear in mind I think hockey is the greatest sport there is (still do)—I think less of auto sports.

On a lighter note, the U.S. soccer team takes on Brazil today in the Confederations Cup final. I can't find the match listed on TV. You mean, we won't be able to watch our team possibly win a championship (here's hoping they win)? Maybe plans and listings will change by the time the match starts. I plan to look for it.
